We want you to feel confident in your new fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all items from our 'New In' collection. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your bras in their original box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the hygiene strips and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
